Ask and you shall recieve

We by far have the best family and friends. We ask for help finding information about international adoption and your respond in droves. We ask you to refer us to any potential birthmoms and we get a lead. We cannot tell you how excited we are that we have any responses at all. We are so blessed to have people who keep us in mind as they hear about situations. Even though some times, things do work out the way we would want them to, we are so thankful that we even hear anything. So please keep it going. We know once we have our baby all the heartaches and trial we went thru will be a memory,

  1. Patience is a terrible teacher... it expects so much of us! As a lot of people know, my wife & I traveled the same path you're now on. The incredible part is the response you receive from people who care about you. The prayers & support from family, friends, and people you hardly know- those are the gems that God hands your direction as He prepares the perfect situation for you. This journey can certainly challenge your attitude, stress your relationships, and juggle your emotions! But I encourage you to keep focused on the positive steps, and care for each other. God never promises that things will be easy- but He does promise never to leave you. Remember to celebrate the many blessings you have, and continue to pray & plan for the one you await... I know it sounds easy- but it's also easy to overlook. Our journey was 18 months. At this point in your journey, continue to take care of each other- and prepare for your next blessing! God is faithful, you be too.
